Quality management system in our company is organized and certified according to ISO 9001:2015. It is also certified by ISO 14001 for environmental management system and OHSAS 18001 for occupational health and safety. The required 3D measurements are reported by CMM and are interpreted by experienced engineers.
The materials that we can cut through water jet machine having 5300 bar power up to 250 mm thickness with a cutting stand having 3 meters width 8 meters long that is only available in our factory in the Turkey: We are able to process all materials in 2D shapes that are suitable for shot-proof normal glass sizes as well as sheet metal, stainless steel, non-ferrous materials, composite sheets, armor, ballistic materials.
In addition to our fiber laser cutting machines which are required for high efficiency, we are producing stainless steel, iron and other metals up to a material thickness of 25 to 30 mm, with a force of 6 kilowatts with our sheet cutting formats having 2 meters width and 6.5 meters long.
We produce a wide range of products with CNC OXY FUEL Cutting system with manual angled cutting head and welding groove opening which provides effective cutting up to 200 mm sheet thickness.
